After about 10 km, from Quartu Sant’Elena (after the junction for Maracalagonis) turn left in the stretch of the New SS 125 towards Muravera and then Muravera/Lanusei (in case you miss this intersection, the old SS 125 towards Burcei still leads to Costa Rei, but after a scenic route with lots of bends going through the in the Sette Fratelli Nature Park, which adds at least another 30 minutes to the journey!). Then continue south to Costa Rei.
