Safe Welcome

All our measures to guarantee you a safe holiday!
Three rules for peace of mind, valid throughout the Campsite:

  1. Masks are mandatory in all closed spaces, and when a distance of at least 1 metre between individuals cannot be guaranteed. This rule must also be followed by children aged 6 and over
  2. We trust in your collaboration and sense of responsibility to maintain the mandatory safety distance of at least 1 metre.
  3. Wash your hands frequently! You will find dispensers with disinfectant gel positioned in strategic areas, and soap is provided in the toilets.

Checking in and out

  • We’ll welcome you with a smile as usual, even though it’s hidden behind a mask; the reception desk is protected with a glass panel.
  • Check-in and check-out operations are conducted at the reception, but only one person per family group may enter. A maximum of two guests are allowed in the office at the same time, and masks must be worn. Check-in before arrival is encouraged, and will speed up procedures when you reach the campsite.
  • We may ask to measure your temperature, as per the indications provided by the government.
  • A self-certification form must be filled in on your arrival. You will also be given an information leaflet, or we will ask you to download the campsite app with suggestions on the appropriate behaviour to adopt.
  • Starting from this year, you will be asked to wear a bracelet with the name of the campsite. This measure is designed to prevent any unauthorised access.

Staying in the bungalows and mobile home

  • The accommodation units will be available from 5.00 p.m., and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
  • The keys to the bungalow/mobile home will be disinfected before being handed over.
  • Cleaning will be carried out as usual before the arrival of each new guest, using high-quality, certified products. Extra sanitation will be carried out with a device that sprays Chloramine-T, a disinfectant for surfaces, to guarantee extra hygiene throughout.
  • Departing guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy, in order to facilitate the sanitation procedures carried out by our staff.

Staying on the campsite

  • Pitches will be available from 4.00 p.m., and must be vacated by 12.30 p.m.
  • Private bathrooms must be vacated by 12 noon.
  • Camper vans, caravans, tents and cars must be positioned on the pitches in accordance with the indications provided by our staff, and gazebos, cooking facilities, tables, chairs and accessories etc. and appurtenances must be positioned at least 1.50 m from the line separating adjacent pitches.

Common and private bathrooms

  • This year, you’ll find the central bathroom block has been completely renovated. Our campsite has always placed particular importance on cleanliness and hygiene, but we have decided to intensify the frequency of cleaning operations, as a further guarantee for your safety.
  • In the common bathroom areas, masks must be worn when you are not carrying out personal hygiene operations. In all cases, the safety distance of at least 1 metre must be maintained.
  • Children under 6 must always be accompanied by a parent, even in the bathrooms for children. The presence of an adult is also advised for children over 6 years of age.
  • Guests must avoid staying in the common areas unnecessarily, and must observe social distancing at all times.

Restaurant area, shop and bar

  • Restaurant area, shop and bar A mask is required for entrance to these areas.
  • Separate entry and exit routes are indicated, and the tables in the restaurant are separated by the distance established by the regional authorities.
  • We advise using the app to consult the campsite menu, but you will find a copy of the menu that can be sanitised in the restaurant. The takeaway service is operative
  • You will find dispensers at the entrance with disinfectant gel, and soap in the bathroom for guests.
  • A limited number of people may enter the shop and bar at the same time, so that the distance of 1 metre can be maintained between customers.
  • For a more efficient service, and for your safety, we advise booking a table at the restaurant, and you must leave your name and telephone number.

Play and sports area and entertainment

  • Children may use the play area only in the presence of an adult, who must constantly ensure the safety distance is maintained and avoid crowding.
  • The play surfaces are sanitised frequently.
  • The tennis and beach tennis courts may be used, but guests must always follow the rules set in the guidelines for the various sports activities.
  • Until 24 June, the basketball/five-a-side football pitch may be used for individual activity, maintaining the minimum distance of 1 metre for static activities and at least 2 metres for dynamic activities. From 25 June, it may be used for team activity, always in accordance with the pertinent guidelines issued for the sports.
  • The entertainment service will be provided, maintaining the required distances. Children must be accompanied by their parents.

Beach service

  • Each beach umbrella has a surface area of at least 10 square metres available, so that distancing can be maintained.
  • The beach umbrella and sun loungers are disinfected for each new user.
  • A disinfectant gel dispenser is present in the equipped area. 


Staff

All Camping Capo Ferrato staff have received specific training, in accordance with the national guidelines and the protocol adopted by our campsite, which contains an assessment of the risks and the specific prevention measures, with a carefully designed plan for the cleaning and sanitising of all our areas, with the aim of being able to work in safety and provide a safe, clean environment.

What to do in the event of cases of infectious diseases in the campsite

In the event of actual or presumed infectious diseases, the campsite manager must be promptly informed, so that the competent authorities can be alerted immediately.
The guest or those assisting him/her, must inform the management by telephone, and should not go to the Manager’s office in person.
